Depending on the brand of shingles we use, the materials may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, which covers against defects. If the cause of the problem was defective shingles, then
we will have to file a claim with the manufacturer and wait for them to process it. For installation warranties, however, we can expedite the claims process so that we can start
